I used to order from this company all the time, but I believe somethings going on with the company to wear. They may be going out of business. The selections online were a red flag for me. In the summertime, there are a lot of winter clothes online… Weird. Nonetheless, I ordered a bathing suit for an event that I am attending and I paid for the standard shipping which guarantee me. I would have my items in three days. It has now been 10 days. I have yet to receive my order. I have been emailing and the response I get is always we’re still preparing. We’ve submitted a ticket. We do not have an estimated time. We will let you know when your product has shipped. I have never had this issue with fashion to figure until now I have sent an email requesting a full refund because I ordered my outfit from Fashion Nova and got it the very next day and I will never order from here again probably won’t get the chance to as it seems like they are going out of business. Also, they did let me know even though there is a customer service number listed and you can dial the customer service number and they’ll ask you to leave your email address and a voicemail message. They do not have an active phone line. They are contacts by email only and they did let me know that After I submitted an email after they weren’t returning my phone calls.

I had a pretty expensive order, and I ordered before I read any reviews. After reading them I was worried, and because I couldn't track my order I thought I had been scammed like I was with Curvy Ladies and Bloom Chic- definitely don't order from them! But my order from FTF came on time, we're just like pictured, excellent quality and fit perfectly! And I've received compliments on the jeans and coat I've worn! I can't wait to wear the two sweaters I purchased! Overall my experience has been a pleasant one with this company. I will order from them again, and will pray when I do it!

I really don't understand why this site is getting so many bad reviews. I honestly have been shopping at fashion to figure for the past couple of years and I have never been disappointed. They had stores that were open in Cumberland and as well as Stonecrest mall here in Atlanta Georgia. My customer service has never been bad, I have always been treated with the utmost respect in store. As far as the comment about the you not receiving your boots, Fashion To Figure don't even sell shoes, I would know because I'm on their site everyday. I ordered some clothes from them off line recently, like last month( September).. My clothes arrived a week later.... I'm not saying that some people on here have not had a bad experience, and I hate that you did, but some of these reviews on here are scams, especially the one about the boots, they don't even sell shoes.... I believe sometimes people get on here just to bad mouth sites that are legit. Fashion to figure is not a scam. I have shopped there before and will continue to do so. And their clothes are very reasonably priced.

I must have been lucky..phew...loved what I bought. Everything fit like it was supposed to and quality was pretty good. Fortunately I forgot to read the reviews because if I had I would not have purchased anything and would have missed these items I am happy with.

I'm glad I read the reviews before I made such a big order. Thanks for your opinion.
