I order $175 worth of food two produce was faulty and immediately message them and was told to send. Video which I did, but they said they never received the email, so send picture, I did, now they want me to send the product back at my cost .. What disgusting customer service. Don’t buy from them scam artist

Good products but bad return policies. My product arrived defective and when I reached out to them, they asked me to pay for the return shipping where they should be providing me with return label. It’s horrible!!

i enquired about a product that i ordered and was asked to send screenshots of my confirmation order. then they said that i ordered from a different company which is a downright lie i went to there website clicked on international and proceeded to checkout just like you would. and i did not recieve a trackng order nothing not even my product and they believe that i hadnt ordered from them which i did the confirmation i recieved and so fourth said farsali. do not purchase anything its a downright scam and they will not return your money, they are legit theives and i lost 54 dollars.
