Item came 3 days sooner than expected. Product came damaged, but they are reshipping my item to replace the broken one. Fast customer service. Only issue is I didn't get tracking info, but not upset being item showed up way earlier than expected.

Cristin helped me out getting the right product shipped to my home after the wrong product showed up twice. She kept in constant communication with me giving me updates about the status of the new product and when it was on its way. Cristin is wonderful at her job and cares a lot for her customers.

I had a issue with a return item purchased from Fansedge It was possibly lost by Usps or misplaced and not active in there System I spoke with Representative Ryan from Fansedge who was very knowledgeable and completely upfront about all possible solutions to this problem Ryan made me feel completely at ease and made my experience vey positive and was professional throughout are conversation Ryan is definitely a exceptional employee and should be commended for job well done
