Fanatics – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have made several purchases at fanatics and have never had any problems. Regarding quality, I only received one item that was not what I expected. Likewise, Fanatics CS contacted me but I decided to deal with the article since it had the signature that I was looking for for my collection. I love fanatics. Now I am getting ready for new collection and most of the items will be from fanatics.

Habe kürzlich etwas bestellt (NFL). Die Ware ist im angemessenem Zeitraum eingetroffen. Entspricht dessen Beschreibung und kam auch in den richtigen Größen, Farben etc. Ja, habe wirklich viele schlechte Bewertungen gelesen. Ich kann nur sagen, dass bei mir neulich alles beanstandungsfrei geklappt hat. Scheinbar hatte ich aber auch Glück, dass es nicht zu einer Retoure kommen musste. Zumal, da auch für die letzte Etappe vom Versand Hermes beauftragt wird, hatte ich mich bereits darauf eingestellt mit dem schlimmsten zu rechnen! Kein Grund irgendetwas schön zu reden. Mangelhafter Kundenservice und ignorierte Mails sind ein absolutes No-Go! Da in meinem Fall aber alles wie vereinbart funktioniert hat, werde ich hier selbstverständlich die volle 5-Sterne-Bewertung vergeben.

Ho comprato un kit neonato dell’Inter per mio nipote! Avevo paura di costi doganali inaspettati, invece non ho dovuto pagare nulla in più di quello che ho pagato al momento dell’acquisto. Arrivato con una settimana di anticipo e in perfette condizioni! Non capisco le recensioni negative, io mi sono trovata benissimo!

Received email that I had left an item in my cart. Showed picture of the shirt with a price $20.00 cheaper. Went to buy it. Same original price. 8 hours later, same email. Again same original price when I went to buy it a couple of minutes after the email came. Wasted my time chatting with support- BS about sales having limited duration- I asked what the durations of these “sales” were- no response. Really sleazy ploy. Even sleazier chat support After this complaint, they did the right thing and honored the price in the email. Would have been a good idea to have the chat support person do that instead of obfuscating.

Wrote an unflattering review because the letters on my custom Portland Trailblazers jersey peeled off and I couldn’t find anyone in the NBA store to contact. Jaime from Fanatics , kindly reached out and sent me another one via international post. That is all I could have asked for as a customer. Thankyou.
