Factor – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

With the exception of a filet mignon cooked way past it’s bedtime, I enjoy most of the meals I receive. Filet mignon should never be cooked beyond medium. The one I received recently was much too well done. Sad! Why do you say you say that you preselect my meals based on my likes? I have never ordered a meal with ground meat or cut up chicken. I only order meals with intact chicken breasts, pork chops or sliced pork tenderloin. Why do you continue to pre-select meals, many of which have ground pork, ground or diced chicken and ground beef. I don’t eat that. If you are going to pre-select my meals, look at what I have been purchasing over the past two or three years and pre-select similar meals. From what I understand from customer service, I’ve been ordering longer than most people. I would like to continue, but when I don’t get a chance to change the meals that you have selected, it is really frustrating. If you are going to continue preselecting baby food for me, skip any weeks that I haven’t made my own selections.

Meals arrive on time and are packaged neatly and stay chilled. Food is fresh and delicious. I like the convenience of always having something ready to eat.

The food is much better than I thought it was going to be. The menus are very creative and I have not been disappointed. Con: The packages are a little difficult to open.

Delivery is on time with plenty of communication about the status. The meals are nutritious and tasty. Meals are packed well in the delivery box.

The food is pretty good, much better than other meal services I've had. (Specifically, I'm impressed by how they perfectly cook chicken breast. That deserves five stars on its own) The website and service are great, too. My only critique would be that they carry too limited options for non-dairy meals. I'm not considered lactose intolerant. Still, I like balancing my meals and not having too much of one thing. Most of their meals contain dairy, so that's the only bummer for me. Additionally, I'm trying to be more mindful of my macros, and although the meals are pretty healthy, most of the meal's macros don't favor my fitness goals. But that's just a personal opinion based on my fitness goals. Overall, the service is excellent, the website is easy to navigate, and the meals are healthy, tasty, convenient, and good for the buck.
