I ordered a shawl collar fur coat from them and now it looks like it has yellow streaks on the fur, I’ve reached out to the company an NO ONE has responded!

Such disappointment with Donna Salyers Fabulous Furs’ customer service. I never received the order I placed on January 26. I sent an email inquiring when my order was delivered, I never received a response. I then communicated with the “chat” option on the website and was told the order was delivered. No delivery. I then phoned the company and spoke to a representative and was told that she would let me know by today (February 28) the date my package was delivered and the service provider that delivered it. Sorry to say, no phone call was received by me. Any/all companies I place an order with always send me a confirmation email stating the order has been delivered. I never received any such communications from Donna Salyers’ company. The price of the item is $258.55, which includes a 15.95 shipping fee. Obviously, I’m extremely disappointed.

I ordered the pink fur jacket for my granddaughter. When it arrived the zipper on the jacket would not go up or down. I couldnt try it on her. I called to return the jacket and I was on hold for hours, many times, I emailed (what they call customer service, or lack of) I got a response a week later and was told by Michele that she would send a return label as it was not in the box with the jacket. I also started a "chat", no one was available and therefore no one "chatted ". Again, a waste of my time. It has been 3 weeks and I called numerous times and got the recording from Dona Sayler stating please hold, someone will be with you shortly, That never happened. I am still waiting for my return label and my full refund. This company is scamming everyone. They are now on television selling their furs. Interestingly, who is going to answer the phones??? I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is the key to a successful company as well as the quality of its product. This company has neither. Marie Greenberg

Customer service is incompetent. Agent could not speak English clearly and took 10 minutes to say what should have taken 2. She kept repeating herself and I finally had to say I have to go now goodbye. They had a problem with two addresses one for billing one for ship;ping, REALLY? In this day and time how lame is that. Then another agent called saying the same thing all over. Then I get a strange email about the difficulty processing the order. Such a waste of time for people who don't have time to waste during COVID.

Customer service was great! Any questions I had they were very quick to get an answer. I asked for the actual items measurements and they provided it. My confirmation of order email was in my inbox before my card was even charged. Unfortunately the item didnt fit. But I sent it back with no problems and my funds were returned promptly.
