I love my eyeko products, it does exactly what it says it does. i'm currently on holiday in Dubai and everything just sweats off my face - apart from my eyeko sports mascara. Have used it for years, i only wish they'd do a removal product but i've found the bodyshop chamomile balm whips it off great. Delivery was free and speedy and i got a free gift - thank you.

UPDATE - following my initial review, I have now heard from Liam in customer services who was extremely helpful and understanding and the issue has been fully resolved. …….. I ordered two eyeliners, one was dry the other both dry and damaged. I contacted the company who told me I would have to wait 3-5 working days for a response from their quality control team. I have still had no reply, despite having contacted them again, so I am left with no working product and no refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company, customer service is abysmal.
