Evans UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I decided to risk ordering as the sale prices were amazing. My order took 10 days to arrive despite it saying 5 to 7 days. I was kept updated apart from when the parcel was actually due to be delivered. It magically appeared on my door step. However after reading reviews I feel very lucky. The top is beautiful and good value for money. It is a bit big, but I don't want to risk a return as I may not get my money back.

After Evans were taken over a while ago, I had a bad experience and customer service were extremely unhelpful. Recently I purchased from them again and this time everything went super smoothly. The customer service advisor [Amanda] who helped me with my returns was super friendly and super helpful and even followed up to check that the refund went through. She made me feel like a valued customer. My trust in Evans has been restored!

ordered and paid for 9 items but received 2 in a very small bag ! Paid express shipping too as I require them urgently. Great … NOT !!! Taken my money and withholding goods that I urgently need. Still waiting for this to be sorted, I’m a new customer …. Be aware when you order from Evans and pay for express shipping and don’t received 7 of the items you ordered. Terrible ***** Update 26th August, Karla The Managed phoned me this morning and was absolutely brilliant and sorted everything for me in an instant. She is a massive asset to the Company so I have changed to 4 stars now because of Karla *****

I have been purchasing from Evans for couple of years now. The Customer Service is amazing. I am impressed. Everything described in details and taken care of. I am highly recommending Evans.
