Had the pleasure of dealing with them this past week. I had ordered off Amazon on of their glass rgb gaming desks and unfortunately the glass was broken when I got it. It happens I get it. But I called this company and they were able to get me new glass shipped in two days free of charge. Great service.

I gave my experience a 4 only because fed x lost part of my shipment and it took about 10 days longer to have the remainder reshipped. My experience with SU in customer service was great though, always responding quickly to questions and emails. The chairs are comfy, beautiful and well made! We use them to play cards in. Order them, you will not be sorry. Super easy to assemble! Just bolt top to legs!!

Customer service was fantastic! We had a slight issue with our installation because we were given the wrong size screws. Long story short...our glass tops cracked. Support worked with us for about a week and ended up replacing our glass tops.
