Enso Rings – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very happy with the product, however my ring was torn and I need to reorder. Order history does not show the size I ordered and Customer Service chat line was NO help at all, even after providing the order number, E2502339, placed September 10, 2021.

Our original shipment was lost in the mail, and we only found out 2 weeks before our wedding. Enso not only sent us our original order, but since we got our rings engraved, they also express shipped us a set of regular rings to use at the ceremony, and did not charge us for any of the extras. By far the best customer service I have experience, and I truly feel like they saved our wedding. Can't say enough positive things about my experience!

Phenomenal experience. Loved the look of the rings, but I had bought the wrong sizes. Company told me to keep the original ones I bought and sent me new ones in the requested sizes without a shipping charge. My fiance and I are so happy with our Star Wars rings!

Customer service with this company is fantastic! A friend recommended Enso Rings to me after my fiancé and I got engaged. Shipping was fast, the rings were affordable- which I love. But my ring wasn’t the right size. They offered to exchange my ring for either the same or a new one, and told me I didn’t have to worry about sending my old one back. Wonderful experience and I understand why my friend recommended them!!! She also mentioned that after 2 years of wearing, her ring is holding up pretty well. She got the warranty to have it replaced if need be and I will as well. Thank you Enso!

Love the designs just don’t love the durability. I have multiple rings from enso. Their designs are all well done and intricate. Just each ring has ended up cracking or ripping and breaking at some point. Customer service has been more than satisfactory and has replaced multiple rings. I probably won’t be getting more but they’re definitely worth at least checking out.
