Ellusionist – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (2)

I placed an order for the Clairvoyance download. I managed to login to the Ellusionist website. I then paid for the item but when I tried to download this item I was not able to do so because I was thrown out of the website. I did try to login again and went through the bot test to prove I was not a robot but this was also unsuccessful. I then went to reset my password, this was also unsuccessful. So now I have not received my download but the money has been taken from my account. I understand that their website has been updated, so there may be teething problems but as this is a download this should not have caused any problems. I am still unable to access the website so I am not able to make contact. Since writing this review I wrote a letter to the company and posted it to the address given on the web site. This was about 2 months ago and yet there is no feedback whatsoever. This is really bad for a company which attempts to take people through a learning curve. One of the worst services I have had.

Ellusionist is a webshop I can only praise. I have been an Ellusionist customer for a while amd I have an excellent experience from multiple orders up to date. I had to contact customer support only once when a faulty Stack watch was delivered and I got a reply back literally within minutes with a new Stack watch being sent to me on the same day. My experience so far has been nothing different than excellent and I am sure there will be more orders coming from me in the future.

Placed an order during a 24hr sale, three days later order still hasn't been processed. Yes a slight delay is to be expected in the region of 24 hours for shipping orders, as it can be expected that there will be an influx of orders, however delays beyond that are purely down to poor staffing and commitment to customers. If you are getting more orders than staffing can handle in a normal working day, it is then the responsibility of management/business owner to continue throughout the night until all items have been packaged ready to ship. If you can't maintain customer expectations then stop having sales and promotions that are garenteed to increase volume. Oh and when you contact them to cancel the order they tell you that your order is shipping that day.... yet it isn't.

Really slow shipping of parcels. It took app. 2 weeks before Ellusionist sent the parcel and another 5 weeks before the parcel arrived. On arrival, the most important product was missing without Ellusionist told me. Apparently Out of stock but without mentioning or sending an email untill we asked. And they wouldnt send a similar product!

This is the best magic website I have ever bought from! I have used them a few times and I really love them. The prices are fair; support is AMAZING! there really isn't any bad part to this website!
