The pricing was much better than any of the major sites I checked. My order was shipped quickly, carefully and arrived within a few days. All the products were as advertised. Fun products from a subtle website that's not "in your face". Customer service agent (don't remember the name sorry) was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my MANY questions. They definitely made me a repeat customer.

So I actually needed a partial refund but heres why i rated 5 stars The customer service is fast, kind, and helpful. I had to contact a few times and each time they had 5/5 customer service. I needed a partial refund because part of my order got delayed (not their fault) but the products i did receive are great quality and a good price. Despite having the issue i had I’ll likely be back next time. Every warehouse is struggling so no hard feelings, I’m just glad they handled everything so well!
