Edabit – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

DO NOT BUY THIS. They DO NOT REFUND your money and ignore your emails!!

I have used Edabit in 2021. After that, I cancelled my Pro subscription but every year my Credit Card keeps getting charged. If you go into the website, in the Account section, they removed the option to Cancel or Change the subscription and when you contact them they don't reply. We are now proceeding legally with VISA and despite that, they didn't even bother themself answering to VISA. It's a SCAM, stay away from it and report

LISTEN TO ALL THESE REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND REFUSES TO ANSWERS EMAILS. TO ANYONE WANTING TO TRY EDABIT IN 2024 EDABIT is a SCAM. I purchased the subscription, paid in full for a year, and after a week I contacted to get a refund because the class I was going to use this for I was no longer going to take. Edabit NEVER contacted me back. I sent another email, this also was never responded to. If you read the FAQ they state you can get a full refund after 7 days. However, if they never answer your emails it could easily turn into "oops, we can't give you a refund because it's past the grace period." DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON ACTUALLY USING IT!

They keep charging for my subscription. No way to cancel it no way to delete credit card or account and they will never respond to emails. These people belong in prison

Completely ignorant of their own refund policy. Their product is not worth the price and you are not even able to get your money back, even though the company tells otherwise. Incredibly unprofessional, stay away.
