Wow. Kinda surprised at the negative reviews. I placed a complex order for mini splits to include all installation parts etc. They kept me informed, shipped what they had immediately and have thus far honored their promise of excellent service. I had a linseed damaged in transit and they are processing a replacement. I have called for updates etc and they have always answered. Emails are quickly answered.

I've been buying products from eComfort for several years, including 4 mini-split heat pumps. Their website has a wealth of good information, they've got a wide range of products and their prices are good. I recently had a problem with a product and to me how a company responds when there is an issue is the real test. I was extremely impressed with eComfort's support and follow through. You can get a real person on the line and they will actually do what they can to help. In this case, I needed a warranty part. They approved the request within 24 hours and expedited shipment of the part. They've definitely earned my business.

I bought a Goodman AC condenser from eComfort. It is a scratched and dents unit with a great discount! The sales woman Michelle EXT 221 was very helpful in the intial ordering. Other service reps were also very polite and reachable when I encountered shipping problems (more on this later). When I eventually received the shipment, the scratches and dents are minimum, not visible from 10 ft away. It is indeed fully functional. The only problem, which is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is related to the shipping, which is really not eComfort's fault except that the carrier was hired by eComfort. The carrier, which is R+L Carriers, lost the shipment somewhere in the route. But because of their poor information system and process, the people who make appointments with customers don't know that until the delivery driver can't find the item. They stood me up for 3 appointments until they finally located the item. Eventually, it was delivered. I would recommend that eComfort reevaluate their shipping partners. Reddaway is a much better choice in my experience.

Update: After not receiving all of the items in my order on time, I finally reached a service associate (Christopher), who worked hard to fix the problems I was having. He next day FedEx'ed the missing items, and was very friendly and professional. I only wish I had worked withy Chris from the beginning of my order. Thank you Chris, you took this one star review up to a four star! Original review: OMG, so, so BAD. Hours on hold, trying to sort out their errors. A WASTE OF TIME! I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews before trying this company. I am writing this review while I wait on hold for over an hour, again! If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business.

bought a boiler and accessories. Everything came when expected and the tech support was excellent. What the sales group can't answer is professionally answered by the tech support staff. I'll be back!
