Was helped by 2 customer service representatives when I requested for a refund for a duplicate product I accidentally purchased using a different email address without realising. While my circumstance falls outside of the usual refund policy, I was offered an exchange for products of a similar price of the bundle I purchased. I received the licence keys to the new exchanged products in no time, thank you!

The only downside was having to contact support to begin with. I feel that if I buy a lifetime license, I should be able to install it on a new computer without difficulty. Uninstalling it from the old computer should automatically free up the license. But my support experience was flawless. Izzy was my support tech and he had me fixed in literally seconds.
