Last Dynojet Reviews from Trustpilot

I felt the need to share my brutal experience with you if you’re thinking about buying a Dynojet to flash your bike, especially if it’s a Canam. I bought this and was first-off very disappointed that they advertise this as have a “library” of tunes to choose from and there’s only 2. One from 2019 that caused my bike to surge and wouldn’t go over 20MPH. The newer one did increase my rev limit by 200RPM's but otherwise I could not feel any better performance. The big issues was as soon as I flashed this for the first time, all of a sudden my engine light came on and the message “transmission service required” came on? The bike started acting weird beeping for 30 seconds every time I turned it off and it took 5 minutes for the lights to turn off. I emailed Dynojet and they said it must be the bike even though I am still 50000 miles form needing this service. So I chalked it up to a coincidence. I then took my bike to the dealer for annual serv ice and asked them to clear the code for me, which they did. Before I took it in, I flashed it back to the stock tune as I wasn’t sure if that would be a warranty issue. Got my bike back and it ran like a top, message was gone, bike was back to normal! The next day I decided to flash the tune back on the bike. Guess what…the engine light came back on and all the weird symptoms have resumed! I cant believe it. It was the flash the whole time. So I have reached out to Dynojet 10 times and since I bought it from Revco.ca, they wont do anything and tell me I have to work with Revco. So I talked to Revco a dozen times and they say since I’ve used the license, they wont take it back and I need to deal with Dynojet for support. So, I have basically lit $600 on fire and have returned by bike to stock as I want nothing to do with Dynojet “Technology”. Not sure if they just don’t know what they are doing with Canam or in general but at this point, I plan to upgrade my exhaust and maybe try the Pedal Commander as the Dynojet did ZERO for throttle response change. So buyer beware. If they actually get back to me and work on a resolution, I will revise my review. If you’re reding this however, they did not.
