5 Stars for their customer service. Placed an order for a plastic bird bath replacement bowl, realizing later in the day that I had ordered the wring size. I called, actually spoke with an American cust. svc. rep (when's the last time THAT happened?), and he was very helpful and polite, and had the order cancelled within a minute. That, unfortunately, is very much the exception when dealing with just about any other customer service people nowdays. Thanks tons for the help!

I bought the metal safe haven 3 tube feeder with a cage to keep out larger birds. What I did not realize in the poorly designed feeder was large birds can just reach in the ports. I am so disappointed and frustrated. That is a lot of money for a feeder. Buyer beware on these feeders. I recommend that serious birders really assess the product design and don't make a 129 mistake like we did. I have put seed in it and have used it so I will not be returnng it. I will not be buying any additional feeders from Duncraft... Seems to me that you buy this for the brand and not the function.

I ordered the Squirrel X1 bird feeder. It arrived last night and I am returning it today. It is shoddy, poorly made, and not worth the money. The perches are flimsy and the top, where the bird seed is added, is extremely difficult to open. If you have arthritis, you will never be able to open it. I also ordered another feeder that is out of stock until the end of July, but was charged to me now. I understood when I ordered it, I would not be billed for it until it shipped. So much for that... Based on my experience with this product, I am canceling that item as well and will not be buying from thiss company again.

GREAT BIRD SEED AND ALL THINGS NEEDED FOR OUTDOOR BIRDS - I have been buying bird seed, bird seed feeders, bird houses, squirrel feeders and much more than just that for over 5 years now. I had so many birds I ended up putting three feeders in my small back yard. The birds are always out there, I love watching and listening to them. But, once I thought I would try to buy bird seeds from Amazon, and the birds don't like it and there are only a few birds coming back again. Duncraft makes the best feeders and especially seeds. Since the birds love the Duncraft seeds. I will be, again, only buying feed and accessories from Duncraft. Congrats Duncraft, I am convinced you are the only web choice for birds seeds and all the accessories!!!!!
