Great quality trainers and first class customer service. Thank you D&D D&D trainers compare very favourably with some much more expensive brands. Great quality leather and some real detail in workmanship. They look and feel way more expensive than they are. I ended up buying 2 pairs - Otis and Ritchie. I bought Otis direct from the D&D website and Ritchie from another retailer. My Ritchie trainers are my new favourites (move over Church's) They fit perfectly, look great and are beyond comfortable. I couldn't get the fit right on the Otis trainers though. D&D customer service made an exchange and then ultimately a refund beyond easy. Both costs for the 1st return for exchange and 2nd return for refund were covered by D&D. I fully expected to have to pay for this - thank you D&D. Highly recommended, both for the great shoes and the great customer service.

I had been looking for a smart pair of trainers that are suitable for both causal and formal events for a while and I am so pleased to have discovered Duke + Dexter. I ordered some of the penny loafers and they're exactly what I was expecting. Love them, the quality is incredible and I've already had compliments on them from my friends. I'll certainly be ordering more in the future
