Kupiłam skórzaną kurtkę i byłam bardzo miło zaskoczona, ponieważ kurteczka okazała się o wiele ładniejsza niż to wynikało ze zdjęcia. Kurtka jest uszyta ze skóry bardzo dobrej jakości. Ma ozdobne wykończenia czego na zdjęciach nie widać. Sam zakup przebiegł szybko i sprawnie. Polecam bardzo tego sprzedawcę. Tu jest numer mojego zamówienia więc może uda się zobaczyć kurtkę

Je trouve sidérant, pour ne pas dire bizarre, que les gens mettent d'aussi mauvaises notes !! il est vrai qu'avant de commander jai regardé les avis car j'hésitais, puis je me suis laissée tenter car ce site était le seul à proposer la paire de Nike "React Escape" que je cherchais, à un prix super en +. Finalité : aucun regret le site est sérieux à 1000%!! après notre paiement on reçoit un mail, puis il y a un suivi du colis (avec numéro dhl ou colissimo), les délais sont respectés, et enfin ..... mes Nike sont de vraies Nike !!! J'ai comparé point par point, au microscope, tous les détails, surtout que j'avais sous mon nez ma vieille paire de Nike React Escape achetée chez Nike.com. Alors SONT DES MENTEURS TOUS CEUX QUI TENTENT DE MEDIRE SUR CE SITE TOUT A FAIT SERIEUX; Merci Dress for less, je recommanderai chez vous ;) NB: non non je ne bosse pas pour eux...

Experienced this company ..the return process is a bit tricky .but got my refund quickly...so they deserve a fair rating

Bisher ging immer alles gut mit Dress-for-less. Tolle Sachen- tolle Preise! Aber diesmal hab ich die Bestellung nicht online in meinem Account und kann entsprechend keine Retoure anmelden. Ein Rücksendelabel ist nicht dabei! Also Hotline angerufen! Für 60Cent/Anruf durfte ich mir anhören: alle Mitarbeiter beschäftigt, versuchen sie es später wieder! What!? Ich rufe doch nicht x-male für je 60Cent dort an. Also 'ne Email geschrieben. Aber wie ich hier bei anderen lese, kann ich nicht unbedingt mit einer Antwort rechnen. Und jetzt? Danke, Dress for less, den Stress braucht jeder! 😤 Bleibt mir wohl nur x-male für 60Cent anrufen und hoffen, das Mal jemand rangehen kann. Bitte geht ran! Nachtrag: 4 Stunden später bekam ich eine E-mail mit Link und Barcode für die Retoure. Alles schick! Bin wieder ganz positiv auf den Laden zu sprechen.

I 've been buying designer clothes from DfL for over 8 years now. First I was located in Germany and later on on Cyprus and Greece... I am now based in Greece. The clothes are absolutely genuine and the site completely legit. I have placed orders of high and small value. Whenever I contacted the customer service the response was within 24h and educated. The refunds where always unproblematic. Major drawback the lack of a loyalty scheme and that the customer is burdened with the return shipping costs AND the high shipping costs (for orders only outside the DACH region). The company has potential to grow if it is updated to current online marketing status, see Adidas online store. On the other hand I prefer to be charged 9,99 shipping costs if I am to save by ordering multiple designer clothing items, e.g. Tommy Hilfiger men's bermuda in now sold for 49euro on TH outlet at McArthur Glen, likewise on Dress for Less.
