Andy was great and shared the error logs and had the patience to put up with me and my questions.

They were fast, kept up good communication, and performed the agreed on tasks. Then when problems arose at a later time they were helpful and solved that too. Also, they explained what they had done and that'll allow me to tackle possible future problems too (hoping those will never arise).

Each support person I have dealt with at dreamhost has far exceeded expectations. I have dealt with a few as of late. They are all prompt to respond, dumb down the instructions for a newby like me, and are so nice. The best customer service I have encountered with domain/dns/wp install questions. They are clear and concise, necessary for someone who has absolutely no knowledge!
