Dreame Tech – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Firstly their product was poor quality and caused me to return after 1 use. Two months after I sent it back for a replacement there was no word from them despite several follow-ups. Then I asked them to refund the money if they can't send the item back. They did so after another month via PayPal. And the worst part is they did it as "goods and services" payment to me and as per government/tax rules, PayPal will report this to IRS, send a 1099 and I have to pay tax on it OR hire a tax professional and see how I can avoid paying unnecessary tax on a product I don't even own on a refund of a payment! The entire experience has been atrocious and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now to get out of this.

Like many others, I got the dreaded Dreame L10s Ultra with a defect water pump. Started my nightmare with Dreame customer service in January. It's been over 2 months and have not received any refund nor a replacement unit. Their standard answer is they "are still checking with the relevant department" when I contact them. So now I have no money and no vacuum. April 4 update: They told me the refund has "failed" and asked me to contact the seller instead. Nothing short of scammers.

They advertise "firm pressure". Asked them to clarify and specify how many N like other manufacturers. They replied they had "no access to obtain relevant information" (?!). So they (the manufacturer) basically don't know the specs of their own products (!). Probably then just cheap Chinese products that they just rebrand, (generically) advertise, and (re)sell. They also apparently created this website (dreametech.com) to avoid the overwhelmingly negative feedback they accumulated on their other one (dreame-technology.com). They eventually disclosed a number after much insistence, but now I'm unsure I can trust it. Update (03/29/2023): Contacted them again about another robot and, despite initially confusing the model, they were surprisingly helpful and answered all questions. They claimed the specs are better than those listed on Amazon, which I find confusing, unprofessional, and strange.

I just received my H 11 Max. It’s packed beautifully this product is one beautiful machine. It’s very easy to use and its self cleaning roller is wonderful. How it works unbelievable we always wash or wood floors but nothing like this. If your looking for a beautiful floor Scrubber and have wood floors this is the best your going to get. And you can replace the batteries. One close to this in price you can’t. It’s a bit pricey but If you want the best this is it.
