I think that many people have problems with this diet because they don't pay attention to details. If you are following directions and taking the proper precautions then it works great . I have had a lot of success with this diet so far . I feel better, can think more clearly, I'm rarely ever hungry, and have no sign of diabetes of which I used to take medication for, I sleep at night again , i lost weight, and more . I'm doing the OMAD keto diet but really only eat 5 meals a week. It's amazing 👏 Thanks Dr Berg !

Hi guys , Berg has been helpful but please be aware of your own body . I found some of his advice useful but I have hashimotos and went on keto , after the initial unpleasant side effects kept pushing through but I had a bout of feeling depressed that I could shake , finally saw my doctor. Now feeling much better on a more balanced low carb diet . I am also older and on the skinny side . It has been 4 months now and I am only starting to feel normal again . Just be aware of what works for someone else may not necessarily “full scale “ work for you , the human body is very complex . I thankful to Berg but always “do your own research “

I Have been with Dr Berg products for 2 years, his information regarding how to be aware of our body and how to treat it is very informative even for the most ignoramus. He always say to ask your Doctor before you start any treatment, i like his products very much, I have sent my mom she's 87 years old, the Vit D3 K2 oil she does so well with it, she use to be constipated not anymore the vit contains MCT where it help her "go" every day, for years she couldn't digest her food since i introduce her to the Advance Digestive Formula she's able to eat a second meal on the afternoon, also is one of my favorites .. we all react differently with certain vitamins, I love the Electrolyte Powder , vitamin B1 and many other vitamins ..Dr Berg is a very smart doctor, many doctors only want people to take Meds ,chemicals intoxicating our bodies , i have seen many doctors but all they know is how to treat human bodies with poisen , i am not against all medication taken with caution has it's benefits depending what is for.. not all vitamins is made for everybody, paying attention to what is your needs is important ..Thank you Dr Berg for your time to study what the human body needs, and for all your recommendations..
