Absolutely love dollskill. I get a ton of shoes and clothes from them. Never had any issues that weren't able to be fixed. And fast. My last order wasn't updating the shipping info and they quickly got me a new link that worked right away! Can't wait for my new sandals!!

We ordered a beautiful dress for my daughters prom. We paid for expenses and somehow the package got lost. I contacted customer service and by the next day they had a new dress with a new tracking number. It showed up 2 days later. We were so satisfied with the service it was super easy to email and get a fast response. The dress is exactly what we expected. It’s beautiful! The size chart was perfect to help us match her to the right size. All the zippers and clips all work. Not a flaw at all. Thank you Dolls Kill for the great experience dealing with your company.

One of my items was damaged during shipping. I immediately contacted customer care at Dolls Kill and the gals there IMMEDIATELY set out to make it right for me. Jennifer, Tammy, and Laura were very gracious and kind and found another item to send to me that wasn’t damaged and told me to keep the damaged one. The whole process of getting the item shipped again took about a week or so, but every time I had a question or concern and I contacted them, they got back to me in a very prompt manner. Overall, I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this company and the customer service really is superb. Thanks for taking care of me babes!!!
