Gofasting is helping me track my foods, focus on what i am doing and great to have a food menu to help with deciding what to eat. They also have the ingredients which is very helpful

Great app really good recipes and I love logging my food so I have a way to see how many calories I have left for the day. Do you know the best thing is to log my fasting time which I have never done that’s the main reason I got this app and it’s working out great. I have only been on it five days And I’m loving it

Easy to do and follow... You just have to want to do it.. The water was tough the first day, but after that exceeding it was very easy... on the 2nd full day, I lost 1.8 pounds. We will see what tomorrow brings.

I like the following features of the app: Timeline wheel - showswhere I am with the fast. It is momotivational. -Recipe ideas. -Weight tracking and its comments. -Water tracker. -Macros. Things I would like to see improved: -Cost - maybe a low monthly fee or a one-time cost. -Bigger database of foods that I scan.
