Got gifted a pair of pyjamas, really cute and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Made a surprise for my beloved one by giving her a bag from this brand. She was delighted, and I was meticulously choosing the appropriate handbag. First and foremost, materials used during the production of these bags are durable and quality. Thus it means the bag can serve several years without losing its commercial form. That's awesome.

I haven’t bought from this brand for so long because they just were’t my style. But then I saw IG ads with really cool styles from DKNY so I thought ok why not? I ordered a hoodie and got XS. It was too big (smallest size available) so I wanted to make a return. Return policy on the website isn’t very friendly. Doesn’t explain much. Basically, it gives the impression that there’s no return shipping label provided. However, the package did provide it but they didn’t provide the “return form”. Reached out to customer service twice to finally have someone send me a return form. Return form was a scanned version (no digital version, lol). Filled it out and it asked for Item # and Style #. Couldn’t find where to find item # so I just ignored it. Also, it says they deduct $6 from your return. If I bought many items, I wouldn’t care so much becasue I understand shipping could be expensive. But becasue I bough one item, it was rather wasteful. The selection is pretty cool and the styles are pretty nice, but the website is a bit funky and not much details are given about the products. The experience was ok. I would recommend them if you see something you like, just make sure you’re aware of return shipping costs. Other than that, they shipped my item out really quickly and the hoodie came well-protected.

I visited the DKNY store in Bicester village on the 15th June 2020. As it was the first day with clothes retailers reopening since the lockdown l was pleasantly greeted very well by the store manager at the door. In store other assistants were very welcoming too, especially Paula. I tried on a dress and she was very complementary. As a customer one needs to be reassured before buying an outfit and she certainly gave me her honest opinion. Her customer service was second to non. I can honestly say that we need more assistants in shops like her who go out of their way to chat with the customer. My children waited outside the changing room and she even made time to chat with them. I am happy to say that l have made a friend for life as Paula and l have exchanged contacts and will be keeping in touch with one another. Thank you Paula
