I ordered a watch for my son's birthday. After five days I found that the UPS tracking number was still not updated. I chatted on line with their customer service rep and they sent me an email noting that they had several orders not appropriately handled on the day I made mine. They said that the watch was being shipped that day. I wrote back and said that I would now not have the watch in time. They in turn cancelled my original order, and to insure I had my watch in time sent me one 2-day priority mail. The watch was received on time and was exactly as I expected it to be.
