I have ordered tress as well as shrubs from Direct Gardening, all came and looked dead. Planted all and cared for as should. All are healthy growing. Heard a lot of bad, my experience have been all good.

I have ordered hydrangea trees and wisteria vines..i put them in a pot and they just freaking took off..they grow so fast..i love direct gardening..i will b ordering more from them. Thank you direct gardening!!

Today (06/27) I received my order # 417058 from 05/07 - USD 117.26! I am very impressed with the trustpilot reviews. It came intact (1-2 feet) and well packaged in small plastic pots .. 12 leyland cypress shrubs plus flower bonuses (bulbs). The fact that I waited a long time but it's worth it. I placed my order before reading all the negative reviews. I have to admit I was concerned. I just received my order. The dormant red sedum arrived in great condition. The bare root plants have good roots and lots of new shoots. I’m happy to report that my first experience with Direct Gardening has been positive. I look forward to future purchases. Thank you for all your efforts to provide healthy plants.

Ordered from them about 8 times. Almost always a great experience. I don't recommend buying the very expensive items if you have your heart set on something specific. They have a policy of replacing an item with another item of equal or greater value if they run out of stock of the item you ordered. I was really looking forward to some Coralberry shrubs, and while they were cheap and were replaced with double the amount of a MUCH more expensive item, I still wished I had my Coralberry shrubs. Prices are fantastic! And all plants, (live, bare-root, and dormant shrubs) have lived and grown vigorously, except one, a trumpet vine. Only real problem i've had is that a couple of the bare-root barlowe columbines I ordered were not barlowe at all, and were a mix of others. I didn't bother returning, cuz at $1 a plant... why??? Bottom line, these are some of the lowest prices you are ever going to see, therefore you are going to have to be careful what you pick, and be prepared to not freak out if something isn't correct. There is a return/refund process using the return label, and THEY ARE STRICT about you using it, I know it's annoying, but just follow the directions to return if you need to. The customer service ladies are usually really nice if you need to call also. I have managed to create an entire garden landscape for my house, which was only bare dirt before, using mostly just this website. Really happy
