After placing an order, I immediately realized that I listed the an incorrect address for shipping. I emailed for assistance and immediately received a response from Jeza. My experience with Diff was bittersweet, but left me satisfied. The glasses I ordered arrived with some bothersome damage, considering the high cost of the item. I asked Diff for a replacement to which I was initially directed to a Return Policy that is not very friendly to International buyers (please read this ahead of time!) with additional incurred costs. I spoke with Jeza Mae through support, who was very nice and responded quickly to my mails and she offered to refund the item for the damage, which I accepted as a fair resolution as it incurred no additional costs from me. I was worried about the Customer Service experience after reading some other reviews here but I want to say that my personal experience was satisfactory. I took one star off for the fact that I wished there was a way to get a proper easy exchange for a damaged product for us International customers, but in the end I feel like Diff did the right thing for me.

I had a somewhat unusual situation. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. When I received them they weren't the correct size. I contacted customer support. Jeza Mae. She was very helpful in helping me with replacing my sunglasses. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with my new selections. Thank Jeza Mae. It was a pleasure working with you. And I will definitely refer my friends 🧡 and family to get these gorgeous 😍 💕 sunglasses. I will also be ordering more for myself. Thank you 😊 again. I really loved the sunglasses I purchased but incorrectly ordered the wrong “tint”. Customer Service was very helpful regarding my exchange. When I messed up my exchange and complicated everything they were very helpful in effortlessly handling the situation and getting the right items back to me.
