Amy was amazing. She called and emailed me a few min. after I placed my order due to a complication with my credit card. We resolved it and she was efficient and friendly. Wonderful customer service. I suggest that the website states about when the delivery is expected, as do Chewy and Shutterfly. When Amy said 7-10 business days, I was surprised and I had to change my delivery address because I am Leaving town. T

I have always had a great experience with Diet Direct The folks at DD are so great in getting product out quickly and on the rare occasion I've called the company they have been professional and kind and courteous. It's why I keep coming back.

I don't like that you have to be a member with a passcode to receive points. Can't the email be recognized instead. I've been ordering from the company for over 7 years. Also hate that I don't get to choose samples anymore. Sometimes I get samples but I'm vegetation so it's a waste.
