Do NOT order anything from this company!! You will be out money and you'll be disappointed and never get a resolution or a good product! I order 2 vanities and 2 sink/counter combos as listed on their website as being compatible, but they were NOT! I had to pay a contractor, $1500 per vanity to alter the vanity to fit the sink and countertops. Decor planet gave me a run around for 6 months and then decided they would do nothing to rectify the garage they sold me. Home depot sells the exact same thing and they also confirmed the items are NOT compatible from the manufacturer in Vietnam and vanities had to be altered. BEWARE OF THIS MOM AND POP SCAM COMPANY!!
DO NOT BUY FROM DECOR PLANET 1. They do not stock items - takes 10 business days for them to receive from manufacturer 2. There is ZERO communication about your order. You get order confirmation and that's it. 3. After 10 days without receiving my order, I called and was scolded by the lady who answered. She was unhelpful, unconcerned and uncaring. She stated their policies about shipping and told me that I had agreed to that when I purchased. 4. Rude lady said I would received in about 14 more business days. THAT EQUALS ONE MONTH FOR THEM TO SEND MY PRODUCT. Haven't received anything yet so who knows if I will even receive it in 2 more weeks. BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE. THEY DO NOT CARE
Scam. I returned a product which they admitted sent by mistake and was refused a refund stating that the item was ‘used’. The item was never installed and never used and the pictures Venice sent me were of an item intentionally damaged beyond any installation attempt. The low prices they offer come from their unethical business practices. Avoid. Pay a little more for a reputable company.
(October 2021) Just ordered a toilet and high end vanity from Decor Planet. Salesperson was super helpful. Delivery was within a week for the toilet and two weeks for the vanity (in the middle of supply chain issues). This was exactly what the estimate was when I ordered. Toilet and vanity were packed extremely well.
Great customer service. I had an issue with a return and they were wonderful about handling it. Much appreciation for their great service.
