The quality of the drapes is excellent as well as their customer service. They were very helpful in confirming how many I would need. The delivery was prompt. They thought the color shown in the picture for khaki was as seen, but it was much darker. The customer service looked at the light beige and found fit was darker then the picture as well, so had me return the original and sent the other no problem. They are beautiful!

The availability of multiple sizes and well as the design being available. Very durable and amazing light reduction.
