Bought one of their Slim Pro backpacks after searching for the perfect fit for months. They were offering a first time customer discount on their site but also offer a “Buy with Amazon” button that puts the order through Amazon. I reached out and they promptly gave me a discount code that worked with “Buy with Amazon” so shipping was faster. Received my order in 2days with no problems and so far love the quality and design of the bag.
I was a victim of their bait and switch scam when they upsell you when trying to make a return. They later claim that the upsell is a final sale and no longer accepting returns. Customer service did not answer my email for an explanation. They are probably running out of business and desperate to generate income.
