Bought a 2000w solar powerstation from them trough their official Aliexpress store. Product is well made and up to standard and performance is excellent. Customer care: I had a small issue with the powerstation turning off at 50% so contacted their customer care and was guided trough a recalibration process for the unit which was told that is needed on every powerstation so the BMS can re-learn especially when new and or stored for a long time. Followed the procedure nd problem was solved. Shipping: Their representative was really helpful and helped me throughout the whole shipping process with frequent updates and made suree I was satisfied with the product and service.
