Reesha Stoner is an awesome instructor who teaches one of the best HIIT and Zumba classes at Crunch Fitness. I really love her teaching style and techniques. She is one of the reasons I joined Crunch and I’ve been a member for over a year.

I joined Crunch Fitness Windsor September 2022. All the employees, I met really very nice people. They always greet you, always there to help you. The ladies who teach classes are very nice and they treat you with respect and always help you. My experience through the few months really have, no complain. I am enjoying the gym and my workout.

My wife and I joined Crunch Countryside a year ago today and signed up with two trainers (Josh & Brooke). We couldn't be more pleased with our personal trainers and the entire staff, from Cole at the front desk to Will who keeps the gym spotless!!! We both feel so welcomed each and every time we walk in the front door. I recently retired, and they have given me a new family after leaving my work family of 51 years!!!

I am 68 years old and never had a Personal Trainer. I had some problems with my left leg and thought I could rehab with the right exercise and stretching in that area. Grant, the head Trainer assigned me Sam L. as my personal trainer because of his expertise on specific body areas. Although I am older, I have played basketball just about all my life, even in State Senior Games competition and now I was limping on the court. Over three months, Sam worked with me and I improved each time I had a session. Bottom-line, I am now back on the court with no limp and playing in games once again. Thank you to Crunch Fitness for listening and delivering on exactly what I wanted.
