Croma IN – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently needed to buys something and a friend recommend me this store. I was not aware of them earlier. I had a wonderful experience and this is why I want to praise them with this review 😀 They offer an impressive selection of products, including the newest smartphones and larger items like refrigerators and washing machines. The store itself is quite spacious, making it easy for me to find everything I was looking for without any trouble. The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to assist with everything.

They have a great mix of online and in-store options, so you can choose what suits you best. The staff was friendly and super helpful, guiding me to what I needed. Plus, their product range is impressive! I found some fantastic deals, making my shopping trip worthwhile. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the market for new gadgets :)

Bought multiple home appliances from the Phoenix Kurla store. Inept staff with the worst possible service follow through. haven't delivered inspite of committing a date 3 weeks since placing the order, now I am chasing them, nobody from the store is responding to calls/ messages. Called up the call centre and they tell me after a 30 minute call that - 1. they cannot commit a date of delivery 2. they cannot cancel the order because it has been 'allocated' to me 3. they cannot issue a refund either. So i have no option but to wait in the hope that they will honour their commitment at some point

Physical stores are well-stocked, but online delivery times can be unpredictable... but still good

I bought new fridge July 2024 . Fridge name Croma September month no cooling my fridge. I informed where I purchased the store . They told need 48 hrs we will inform service team. I told ok no issues please send me . But they came after 3 days . That team told me gas is very low . Need 4 days we will refill the gas . Again I informed store. They told me ok sir please wait we will quickly solve your problem. But every morning they called we informed service team they will come. After 4 days completion I asked service center . Now they given head office no. But still I followed they told please wait service team busy busy busy . Worst response . Branch madurai iyer bungalow. My name is Mohammed Saleem
