Bought bag kit a few weeks ago Tried a few emails to tell them there wasn’t enough fabric to finish straps, With no response!!! A disappointmed customer,

My recent order was great. A die I had seen on the show. My gripe is general. This is a high range and high visible craft website. But only 1 image shown per item (of the package) on the website, no finished products or guides, no tv show screen grabs of the items being used. If you haven't viewed the show that the items were on, total guesswork. Most smaller craft websites show finished items using the products. After all, there's plenty made up in every show that could be photographed. 4 photos minimum. Pack shot, 3 examples and teasers. Learn please.

Stencil and stamp set arrived in tip-top shape, packaging was solid. Love the variety in this store, and the stamps are super cute. Excited to get crafting!

Last buy was a happy planner as a birthday gift,I could twist on and say it took awhile to get to me 10 days but in reality happy planner shows are a massive thing,so I expected it.I’ve had to ring customer service a few times but I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with them.when the item arrived it was packaged ver well and the item was lovey and very much appreciated.I was a little bit on the negative side when the merger happened but I think it out great I hate to sound awful but I think a lot of crafters and presenters left thinking it was a sinking ship but the other side (new channel) makes my sink crawl licking fingers all the time,it’s the Dave showtime I don’t like it I’ll stick to c&c.I really hope other crafting companies stay with c&c or my little crafty group will be sad to see them go it’s lovely to see my old ladies and gents laughing away when they tv is on.I think I that’s why the channel is so important to me to see my group laughing along with the presenter and guest and it’s a bonus our items get here in good time 👍
