My son had purchased this same necklace the last half of his senior year in high school. Unfortunately, he lost it getting out of the car one day before school. He was upset about it, because there were a lot of memories associated with it. I was able to find and purchase the same exact one. From purchase to receipt it was a simple, easy, and professional transaction. The necklace arrived quickly and was packaged well. It looks exactly like his original one, well made and lovely. While it's not the same one, he can make new memories. Thank you for making pieces that really touch people! Totally amazing, a very good selection of men’s jewellery and the quality of the neck chain I purchased for my brothers birthday was top notch. This a really a good brand, as they seem to care about customers with price reductions and from ym experience fairly good and helpful customer service, and the chains themselves are quality, just as long lasting and great as described, only thing bringing it down a star is the crazy wait times. Supposed to be around 3-4 days deliver, however I waited over 2 weeks, and after 2 days the shipping stopped updating, so I was in the dark for a while. Customer service let me know it was on the way in a day's notice but still this is pretty false advertising... tl:dr, good chains and customer service, be prepared for looooong wait times...
