I ordered headphones 11/25/22 and received an order confirmation. Christmas came and that’s when I realized I did not receive the headphones. I called many times and left messages and did not get a response. It was disputed, I received credit on my credit card and for some odd reason last week I received a shipping confirmation and the item was received today, 02-21-23, which is almost 3 months later. Something squirley happened with the company and I have no clue what. Regardless, they are good affordable headphones. Thank you Cowin!

I ordered a pair of headphones from the website on 12/18/2022. They were delivered on 12/26/2022. The color is more a teal than an emerald but are otherwise exactly as described. I was nervous because I didn’t get an email that said “your order shipped” and the tracking info didn’t populate on my order status. Turns out that they were delivered without an issue.

Isn't it amazing? I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth products and yet, the best Bluetooth product i've had by a country mile are the Cowin E7 headphones. They have been SO good it's not even close. Sound, connectability, supportability (iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad etc) I'm not doubting other people's bad experiences but........ my little E7s are amazing and are still going strong.....

It was of good quality. Unfortunately I broke off one of the ends after a years use by not being careful enough with it. If it's cared for it can last a very long time.

I was skeptical but there are so many good reviews. Arrived very quickly, immediately impressed by the packaging, quality of the physical set seems solid, swivels really well, even without the noise cancelling on the headphones block out noise well, the button sets will take me a bit get use to. Only complaints: no bass boost button, at full blast the volume isn’t as loud as I hoped, and the sound quality is what you pay for. Wishing I went with the pro version
