Collov – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Terrible experience. No updates after initial draft. No customer service to contact. Impossible to get your money back!!!! Totally a scam

I'd previously had a phenomenal experience with Modsy; however, they are no longer in business. I selected this company after doing some casual research, and what a big mistake. I simply wanted some ideas for paint and wallpaper, accent furniture for my MBR. I went with the LUx package because I thought that would be great, but the experience has been terrible. It takes about a week to get a response to a chat. The decorator I was assigned to is nonresponsive. I ended up having to hire a real person which is what I should have done in the first place. I'm also filing a BBB complaint against them.

SCAM!!!! If you want to use it, you have to pay for credits. If you pay for cradits, it tells you you have subscriptions, that is impossible to cancel, so it keeps charging you. There is no one on the contact line and “delete my account” button is inactive. AVOID IT!

It gets you to do a lengthy quiz and tells you how you score on a style scale, then asks for £150 to get the actual AI design. The entire way up to this point, it says you get AI designs for free. This is a lie.
