I recently ordered some fabulous boots in the sale which I had a problem with so emailed Customer Services. Within 10 minutes I had received a reply and a resolution which was above and beyond what I expected. It's great to know that such service still exists and I will certainly hope to shop with Collectif London again in the future. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Gosh, I love these people. Never had any issues with any orders and they always delivered the items way before the estimated date, carefully packaged. Almost all clothing I bought from them has been very well made and I have worn them numerous times, for many different occasions. Never interacted with customer service however, so I can't really speak on that, but I do order from them every now and then and they never failed me in any way.

I love this brand: the quality is great and the prices of most items are affordable, especially when on sale. The only complain I have to make if about sizing: their sizing is very inconsistent and it’s always a mess to find the correct size. For example, I’m a size 8 on my of their items BUT sometimes for absolutely no reason, à size 8 runs too small or too large and I have to size up or down. It would be so nice to have consistent sizing or better size charts to help customers find the correct size. Also, since Brexit it seems that they’re sending their packages from Germany and not from the UK anymore (I don’t know, but for some reason, for my most recent purchases, my packages were always coming from Germany whereas before Brexit, they were always coming from the UK). So, at least if you’re in France, you most likely won’t have to pay for importation fees and that’s nice :)

I bought clothes jewellery and accessories in the half price sale and am thrilled with my purchases! I'm in Australia so it took a few weeks to arrive but shipping was reasonable so I was happy with that.
