Coldwater Creek – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have always enjoyed Coldwater Creek clothes - both the styles and quality. However, the rewards program is a total rip off. It seems there is always something wrong with your rebate submissions and they refuse to give the credit due, even when you have followed their written qualifications exactly. Customer service always give the answer that they are not authorized to fix or change anything and managers either never work or won’t take phone calls and never adequately respond if at all through emails. Due to the lack of quality customer service I have cancelled my rewards membership and am considering looking elsewhere to purchase my clothing.

Although their clothing styles are attractive, I hate ordering from Coldwater. Their prices are high, they charge for shipping, and order fulfillment and delivery is slow!

I ordered a tank top in mid May. Today is July 4th and it's STILL not here!! It's a tank top!! I'm so mad I don't even want it anymore, so then they're going to charge me $9.95 to return it!! I will never, never buy from them again.

Have bought from Coldwater Creek for over a decade, always assured that what I ordered fit well, and was of excellent quality. But my last two orders, I see slippage in quality, and in sizing. I ordered a pair of jeans in size 16P. I must have 15 other pairs of pants and jeans from Coldwater Creek in that size that I wear all the time. Well, when I got the jeans, they were so small I could not even begin to try on. I also ordered a dress, and that was way too small as well. So very sad that a company that I could always trust for fit and quality has gone downhill. I called customer service, and asked if there had been a change in their sizing measurements. The lady I spoke to (who barely spoke English) had no idea, nor any contact she could provide who would know. I know they went Chapter 11 in 2020, and then started back up again, and seemed fine. But they were actually bought out by a company. In September 2020, Coldwater Creek's inventory and intellectual property assets were acquired in a $12.2 million deal with Hong Kong procurement company Newtimes Group. Coldwater Creek's new website went live on December 12, 2020, and Newtimes plans to relaunch its catalog, as well.

Watch out for Coldwater Creek fake ads, and fake websites. These are not Coldwater Creek company, but are scams from China. I made an order that I thought was Coldwater Creek, but it was a fraudulant website. I am awaiting on my dispute with my bank. Note this had nothing to do with the real Coldwater Creek, which is a reputable company.
