Isn't illegal not to let a recipient of junk mail like they send out daily to unsubscribe!

Joined Classmates and was DROPPED. A FEW WEEKS AGO, I GAVE I A,SECOND TRY. ONLY THIS TIME ,I MADE THE MISTAKE OF JOINING FOR 2 YEARS. CLASSMATES IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM THAT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD SHUT DOWN.

Classmates automatically renews paid memberships at more than double the initial rate and then has a no refund policy even if you catch it the same day. They would not still be in business if they had a fair refund policy. Make sure automatic renewal is turned off in your account settings. It is turned on by default.

It's a illegitimate website. 1. It posts profiles of people who have been dead for 15+ years. 2. It allows members to have 2 and 3 personal profiles. 3. It tells members that they have had a visitor check their profile. Upon checking it, you discover, that no one was even there. 4. After a while (sometimes 3 weeks) they will remove profiles of members who have viewed your profile. 5. There are no managers to express concerns or resolve any issues. None. You are on your own and they will send you on a circle to nowhere's ville. 6.They will allow certain members to buy, sell, or list their real estate on classmates free of charge and will allow that person 100's of photos in a bid to make their commissions from a possible sale. 7.If you ever find their phone number and you have an issue, good luck. The employee that I dealt with had all kinds of attitude and wasn't professional, because of the fact, she has nothing at stake and she doesn't care about your problems with their company. 8. They do very little to nothing to generate more interest from other school members of the past. Nothing to even create curiosity to their site. They have people on their who never attended your school. Why would you even care?

I started our classmates.com site on July 3, 2009. While there have been some 'glitches' over the years, when compared to other alumni sites I have looked at, we have chosen to stay with CC. There are a multitude of things you can do with their site: an obituary page, announcements on the home page, administrators can email the class, or email selected classmates, create pages, a forum for everyone to participate in, private messages between members, each member can post pictures on their 'page,' and administrators can create pages with pictures, such as events like reunions, luncheons, etc., easy link to recover your password should you forget it, each member has a profile as well as a contact information page the can update. There is a help page where administrators [webmasters] from other classcreator sites [around the world] can share ideas, help each other, etc., as well as menu of literally hundreds of help topics. Is it obvious, that I recommend you use classcreator.com? You bet it is!
