I usually never write reviews and note that everyone is quick to write reviews for bad experiences but skip over good ones. I have been buying parts and have amassed invoices worth 5 figures with CJ Pony Parts. Apart from the odd problem that has been rectified quickly by contacting customer support, I have been very pleased with the service. You have to understand how good it is to be able to buy everything from a crate engine to the smallest bolt, all on the same website. I would also like to give a special thanks to Chris Bianchi who is apart of the team at CJ's. He has helped me a lot recently in arranging a few orders that I was able to pick up myself on a trip to Vegas. Overall, I would advise anyone to buy and deal with CJ Pony Parts with full confidence.

Had a problem with my order, a technician named Elliot helped me right away and fixed that problem and even gave me a call back just to make sure everything was good. I appreciate the help Elliot and will continue buying from you guys

I read all the bad reviews and then figured that they were likely a small percentage of the total and that folks with good experiences might not write a review. I crossed my fingers and ordered a set of mats for my '66 Mustang. The price seemed fair. The tracking info indicated that they shipped right away. They arrived in a few days just as ordered. I am very happy with the entire experience and ordered something else today.

I want to provide an update on my review. Since I posted on 03-12-2023 CJ Pony Parts, specifically Barbara Chastain have worked with me to resolve my issue. Barbara was a complete professional and completely corrected the problem within a few days. Thank you Barbara. This companies customer service is horrible. First off the description on the parts I ordered were deceiving. At the top of the description it states this product fits year, make & model of my vehicle. At the very bottom of the description it states except vehicles with running boards. I will admit I didn't read the fine print, but the way they laid the information out was certainly deceiving. I was able to get someone on the phone after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and Brad was less than helpful. Not only did he not seem to care that I was having an issue, he got rude when I was asking him questions. I full transparence, after Brad raised his voice a little, I used a few 4-letter words that I probably shouldn't have at the time. Regardless, CJ Pony Parts, you are leaving in Amazon's world and you might want to start acting like it before you become obsolete like so many other companies.
