Well worth the wait…. Some import / customer service issues along the way but in the end, the CW team came together to make sure everything was resolved very much to my satisfaction.

One of the most terrible and irresponsible companies in the world. I’ve been waiting for a 1500 GBP watch for a year. Don’t buy anything from them, they are not able to keep their word.

Superb customer service and excellent technical support. My Sandhurst C65 drifted out of COSC spec after a year, returned, sorted and sent back to me running perfectly in very short time. Very pleased--the 60/60 warranty does exactly that... highly recommended.

The 60 month warranty only applies if you don't wear the watch I had previously given CW a 5 star review. In hindsight I should have waited until my watch was fixed. So here's the problem. They offer a 60 day/60 month warranty. The 60 month warranty only applies if you don't wear the watch. The email that I got back stated" Our 60/60 guarantee requires the watch to be in pristine, unworn condition " Imagine if the warranty on your car, another mechanical device was the same. The lume on this C60 Sapphire watch is useless. I was happy to pay for the watch to be relumed (even though it was less than two months old) or upgraded, but they refused. I serve in the USCG and need to mark the time in twilight and poor lighting conditions. The dial on this watch is NOT visible in these situations. So if you need to read the time in a similar situation I would recommend that you look elsewhere. I should have looked up these other reviews on trust pilot before buying. It appears my situation is the norm for Christopher Ward. Buyer beware!!
