I’ve purchased 5 pairs of shoes over the last 3 years and have been very happy with the quality of the shoes, as well as my ability to return. Of the 5 pairs I’ve purchased, the 2 returns were due to changing my mind about the style and not concern about the quality or receiving a product that was misrepresented on the website. Sucks so many others have had such bad experiences. Hasn’t been my experience.

I cannot fault chiko shoes customer service . I received my order within two weeks . I stupidly ordered a sz 7 instead of 7.5 . I contacted them and they told me to reorder the right sz and return the wrong sz which I did . Only thing was to securely return it was £29 . Despite this I received my new order in just over a week and a full refund within the month. Don’t be worried to order just order the right size , the shoes were lovely and great quality leather .

we had such an incredible experience with Chiko and Jo for my son's bar mitzvah. they mad it so special! we are so happy with all of the gorgeous photos and love looking back at them. we highly recommend them to everyone. xx

Commande en t38 pour du 37.5 car taille un petit. Cuir et finitions de qualité. Livraison sous 5 semaines donc il faut anticiper.

The waiting in anticipation was a few weeks but the result was worth it. Great shoes better than expected and I love them.
