This review is less about the phone case and more about my extremely positive experience with the customer service team. I ordered the Veil phone case and reached out to the Caudabe support team when it didn't arrive to my address by the designated date. They were incredibly responsive (emailed me back same day and followed up with me a few days later) and helpful in getting my matter resolved. Specifically, Liz and Sarah on the support team were the two representatives helping me and I couldn't be more thankful for the effort and hard work they put into making sure I was satisfied.
