Cathay Pacific – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Flight cancelled just one day before flying, appreciate Cathay Pacific provided customer service thru WhatsApp which was fast and convenient. I got a full refund and also got the transport ticket fee compensated. Thank you.

I have flew with them for the very first time, from HK to SYD. Excellent customer service. However, I have contacted them regarding an item left behind during my flight, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I don't think the item was taken by any other passengers.

We flew from Heathrow - Hong Kong (return) Both flights were on time. The staff were always friendly, polite & helpful. Amenities: A pillow, blanket & earphones were provided. Someone requested an eye-mask on the night flight out, and this was provided. Meals: we received 2 per flight. The meals were perfectly fine, it's economy after all! It was a nice touch to have metal cutlery. The drinks trolley came around a few times between meals, but perhaps could have come round with a few more snacks too. The flight attendants always responded promptly when we requested a few coffees / noodles between meals (as the return flight was around 14 hours). We were able to select special meals on the return flight for free too. Entertainment: pretty good & quite varied, though the UX/UI could be improved as navigation wasn't seamless Legroom / seat: I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of leg room & how comfortable the seat was. We waited until 48h before check in and selected our seats for free, thankfully able to sit together both times.

Wir sind von Frankfurt nach Hong Hong Kong und von Hong Kong nach Melbourne und nun von Auckland nach Hong Kong und von Hong Kong nach Frankfurt gefolgen, also alles langstrecken Flügen mit zweri kleinen Kindern und es war super, hier unsere Punkte: +alle Machinen waren pünktlich +da wir kleine kinder hatten duften wir kostenlch Sitze für alle Flüge reservieren +das essen war super für ein Flugzeug essen und die kids haben Kids Menü bekommen +die Kids haben immer was geschenkt bekommen +wir fühlten uns immer sicher und gut aufgehoben es gab immer rückmledungenvom Pilot bei Turbulenzen etc +sobald man den service knopf gedrückt hatte kam sofort jemand +es wurde immer wieder essen oder trinken angeboten +super Board Unterhaltungen mit aktuellen Kino Filmen +Kopfhörer gab es umsonst für jeden +am platz lag bei jeden eine Menü Karte wo man immer zwischen drei Gerichten wählen konnte +auch beim Check In war immer ein super service, wir hatten übergepäck, ingesamt bestimmt 6 Kilo war OK! +große!! Beinfreiheit in der Economy, gegenüber Condor z.b hat man doppelt so viel beinfreiheit Also ich würde jederzeit wieder mit Cathay Pacific

Ich kann nur gutes berichten. Dieses Jahr im April mit ganzer Familie (4 Personen) FRA > HKG > HND und Retour geflogen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl in den Maschinen als auch in Hong Kong am Airport selbst. Alles macht einen sicheren Eindruck, Essen im Flugzeug war angemessen, Bordunterhaltung gut, am Gate auch alles transparent und geordnet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder Cathay wählen und werde das auch wieder tun. Ich fliege übrigens zahlreich mit Lufthansa und All Nippon Airways (ANA) und vergleiche die Erfahrung auch mit diesen Fluggesellschaften. Für mich alles ein Level. ANA hat dabei minimal die Nase vorn, einfach weil japanischer Service halt nunmal so einfach nicht kopiert werden kann.
