I needed a car right away and when I called several other car rental agencies I wasn't impressed with there prices or customer service. I came across this rental agency and right away they made the transaction very easy and affordable! They were very good at explaining everything and made it a pleasant experience at renting a car for the first time. Even after I returned the car, they offered me a ride to sky train which was very nice of them. On top of that once I was at sky train I realized that I has left my car insurance papers in the car they emmediztely went out of there way to bring me my papers. This was a 5 STAR experience for me and if I ever need car again they will be my go to car rental. I will be recommending this agency to all my friends and to all of you out there, that this is the car rental agency to go to. When I first arrived at the rental agency and they went out to check the car I was renting, the gentleman came back in and handed his partner a credit card and some other personal documents that the previous renter accidentally left there. They called him right away to inform the renter that they found his credit card etc. and returned it to him right away. This gave me a feeling of honesty and trust with this company! Most issues arise and create amonosity from people who don't get all the information correct or inquire and then assume its going to be this way or that way and come to find out that they should have read the rental contract and asked questions first. Then they want to turn around and voice their hostility against the car rental people. Very unprofessional and unfair, these people are not ripping anyone off as they are just working there and have no access to any funds that are paid and it goes to the owner. I do not pay attention to bad reviews to much as I am well aware of what most of them are about! People not informing themselves of all the facts by reading and asking questions first before they rent a car, and when there self expectations don't turn out in there favour then they respond in a negative manner. These are very good people and I am a satisfied customer!!

We hebben met onze familie 2 auto’s via hen gehuurd. 1 auto konden we bij clickrent in Allicante ophalen. Van te voren hadden we een extra verzekering bij carrentals afgesloten. Ons eigen risico bedroeg €2000 omdat we bij clickrent geen aanvullende verzekering meer hebben afgesloten. 2 uur na het ophalen kwamen we op de parking van een supermarkt terug bij onze vw bus. Deuk in de schuifdeur zonder dader…. Bij het inleveren werd de schade van €664,50 op onze borg ingehouden. Deze hebben we geclaimd bij carrentals. Dat ging heel eenvoudig. Na 1 dag bericht dat ze de schade gingen vergoeden en binnen een week het geld terug. Wat een top service!!

Booking was super easy. The email for confirmation with instructions and what was required for the rental was very detailed. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking. It said 7 days for refund and the $ was back in my account within 15 mins!

Would have given 5 stars but first attempt failed, wasting my time.

The price and location along with excellent customer services are awesome. This site is very reasonable and easy to manage.
