Candles and Supplies.com, Inc. – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

If I could rate zero I would. Placed an order on the 12th January with Candle Supplies. After 7 days I had not received the candle supplies. Called Candle Supplies to find out as to why as the tracking on the supplies stopped on the 13th January. The customer service agent replied to my message have your tried calling the Courier company? I had and logged my request with them. My reply to Candle Supplies was yes, but I feel you should follow up also. Never heard back from Candle Supplies, so called the courier company again, who stated that they would prioritise. I then heard from Candle Supplies that they would keep me updated with any information. I explained that I urgently required my supplies for an order and that date had passed could I have a refund. The answer was that the courier company had been trying to contact me (which is untrue I never received any phone call, and the courier company would not of had my phone number anyway). I then requested to have my money refunded. The reply was that my order was on it's way. Still have not received my order since my last communication with Candle Supplies last Thursday. Today is Monday!!! Very poor customer service. No apologies and not much help what so ever.
