Camera Lens Rentals – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The worst rental company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I had to replace a drone and in the interim borrowed one from them. What a huge mistake. First off, their rates are high. I needed an extension and they agreed. The day it was due there were long lines at the post office because it was the Holidays. My mistake for mixing up USPS and UPS. I was about to write customer service when I received not one my two aggressive, nasty email messages asking if I had returned it. When I explained my accidental mix up, I got a “DON’T drop it off at the post office!” with my name misspelled nasty message. I informed them I didn’t do so, and the post office likely wouldn’t accept a label that wasn’t theirs. I check my credit card today and there are three charges, two unexplained. No communication from the worst customer service “team” I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They really need training. I will spread the message far and wide to my network on photographers and dronies to NEVER use this service. Garbage.
